  • Inspection and Testing: Inspect products at various stages of production, ensuring they meet quality standards, using tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
  • Defect Identification: Identify and document defects, deviations from specifications, and other quality issues.
  • Quality Standards: Understand and apply quality standards, including industry regulations and customer specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, tests, and any quality issues found.
  • Reporting: Report findings to relevant teams, including supervisors and engineers.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and contribute to improvements in the production process to enhance quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as production, engineering, and management, to address quality concerns.
