We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR and client coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR processes and is confident in handling communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Draft, send, and respond to professional emails
  • Maintain HR documentation and candidate databases
  • Follow up with clients and candidates via email or phone
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to planning

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to draft professional emails and coordinate schedules
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Good to Have

  • Prior internship or freelance experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Understanding of recruitment processes

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
