We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer who will play a critical role in shaping and executing the technical vision for our product. In this role, you will make organization-level impact by leading complex engineering initiatives, delivering high-quality features, and setting technical standards across the team. You will be a hands-on expert who tackles the most challenging frontend implementations, mentors engineers, and ensures timely, high-quality execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of major product initiatives, ensuring scalable architecture, reliable performance, and exceptional user experience.
  • Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and best practices across the codebase.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Own and enhance frontend engineering processes, including performance optimization, debugging, testing strategies, and deployment quality.
  • Provide deep technical expertise in complex implementation areas and guide critical architectural decisions.

What Drives Success in This Role
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React Native, ReactJS, and Exposure to native iOS and Android development is highly preferred.
  • Delivery Ownership: Proven track record of managing projects from concept through production deployment with accountability for outcomes.
  • Testing & Quality: Ability to debug complex native integrations, optimize app performance, and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated history of technical ownership, leading teams or initiatives, and driving high-impact engineering decisions.
