We're Looking For:

We're seeking
skilled UX/UI designers
who thrive on ownership and can confidently drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to craft solutions that balance usability, beauty, and business impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
    in UX/UI design (exceptions made for exceptional talent)
  • Proven ability to
    independently manage and deliver full design lifecycles
  • Strong portfolio that showcases
    process, problem-solving, and design craft
  • Expertise in
    user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Proficiency in designing
    intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces
  • Expertise in
    design systems and component-based methodologies
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain design decisions to stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt across
    diverse industries and emerging technologies

What You'll do:

  • Lead and execute UX/UI design projects from
    research to implementation
    , with support from junior designers
  • Design
    seamless, efficient, and visually engaging
    web and mobile experiences
  • Build and maintain
    design systems
    for consistency and scalability across products
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    (PMs, developers, designers) to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Conduct
    user research and usability testing
    to validate and refine design decisions

    industry trends and AI-driven innovations
