About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2- 3 year of hands-on experience to join our growing creative team. This is a great opportunity for a designer who is eager to build a strong portfolio and grow professionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be involved in a wide range of design projects including branding, social media creatives, video content, and UI mockups.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand identity across various design assets.

Create engaging static and motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).

Design marketing assets like banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and emailers.

Support the creation of short-form videos and reels using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Contribute to UI/UX wireframes and visual mockups in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Use platforms like Canva and AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to speed up design processes.

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and design alignment.

Stay updated with current design trends, platform guidelines, and emerging tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of design fundamentals – color theory, layout, typography, and composition.

Creativity with attention to detail and a strong visual sense.

Basic understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Software & Tool Knowledge:

Adobe Photoshop – Image editing

Adobe Illustrator – Vector graphics

Adobe After Effects – Basic motion graphics (preferred)

Adobe Premiere Pro – Basic video editing

Figma – UI/UX design

Canva – Templates and social creatives

AI Tools – Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI (added advantage)

Requirements
:

2-3 year experience in graphic design

(freelance/agency/in-house).

A portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and social media work (static/video preferred).

Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
