Role & responsibilities

  1. To maintain GMP and follow it strictly.
  2. To achieve production targets of individual m/c as per quality norms.
  3. To produce quality pouches by using proper tooling and following proper M/c parameters as instructed by shift incharge.
  4. To produce defect-free pouches to avoid any customers complaint and creating QNCRS.
  5. To maintain good m/c health by proper communicating to their shift in charge and maintenance team.
  6. To maintain all documents related to production in proper manner.
  7. To use consumables as per requirement to reduce production cost and reduce waste of consumables.
  8. To set their job in proper sequence to reduce laminate waste and pouch waste by fitting proper tooling at proper location.
