Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Consultant | 58 Years of Experience

Experienced Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll Consultant with over 5 to 8 years of proven expertise in implementation and support, specializing in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, and Benefits modules. Successfully delivered 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, including strong exposure to India Payroll and support engagements.

Key Skills & Expertise:

Fusion Payroll Expertise: Skilled in payroll processing, quick and standard pays, year-end processing, rollbacks, payroll flows, and process calculations.

  • Configuration: Proficient in configuring payroll elements, fast formulas, validation rules, time entry rules, and payroll interfaces.
  • Issue Resolution: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll calculation, data flow, and time processing issues.
  • HCM Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, PBL, and Fast Formula. Adept at creating flexfields, lookups, dependent value sets, and personalizations.
  • Security & Roles: Well-versed in Fusion Security, including role customization, creation of custom job/data roles, and security profiles.
  • Workflow & AME: Experience configuring approval hierarchies using AME and position hierarchy workflows.
  • International Experience: Exposure to GCC Payroll is an added advantage.
  • Customization & Solutions: Delivered custom solutions in HCM where standard functionality was insufficient.
  • Documentation & Methodology: Familiar with Oracle OUM/AIM methodologies; proficient in creating documentation such as RD011, R020, AN050, MC050, TE025, RD30, MD50/70, BR100, etc.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fast learner, adaptable, and collaborative with both IT and non-IT stakeholders.
