Overview The Salesforce Lead Developer plays a crucial role in driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions within the organization. They are responsible for leading a team of developers, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the business needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of customized Salesforce applications, including system integrations and data migrations.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards are met.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce features such as Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex classes, triggers, and workflows.
  • Manage Salesforce release and deployment processes, including sandbox management and version control.
  • Design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of third-party AppExchange applications to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Support and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs through Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects in an agile environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools, and version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
