Responsibilities:
As a Clinic Manager you are accountable and responsible for your clinics:
Financial Performance- Cost optimization and incremental revenue generation
Staff Discipline
Client care and welfare-Client Satisfaction
Staff care and welfare- Staff Performance/ Individual revenue generation
Optimum utilization of resources to ensure profitability and reduce costs
Grievances – Technical, operational and from clients
Stock Inventory Management
To be aware of daily sales/Sales till date/monthly sales and Comparison with previous
months
Tracking and achieving monthly target
Responsible for training team members
