Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead our financial operations, drive fiscal discipline, and support executive decision-making. This role demands a high level of financial acumen, leadership, and integrity, with a proven track record in managing complex financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals

  • Advise senior management on financial planning, risk management, and investment decisions

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies

  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts

  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis

  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships

  • Optimize capital structure and funding strategies

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and manage finance team members

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical conduct

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Drive automation and digitization of financial processes

  • Implement robust internal controls and financial systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of taxation, corporate finance, government compliances, etc.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
