Role Description

This is a full-time Salesperson role located on-site in Thiruvananthapuram. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing detailed information about products, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering queries, managing inventory, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and coordinating with other team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales and product knowledge in furniture, home appliances, and electronics
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy for managing sales records and inventory
• Experience in retail sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
