Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele-Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
• Follow communication scripts and company processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic issues.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or local language).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Prior tele-calling or sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
