Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis for interior projects (residential and commercial)
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from design drawings, GFCs, and site measurements
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and vendor comparisons
  • Verify contractor bills and prepare running/final bills
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for seamless project delivery
  • Maintain documentation for variation orders, rate negotiations, and material reconciliation
  • Support tendering and bidding process as required

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • Experience: 2–5 years in interior fit-out or allied construction works
  • Software Skills: MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
  • Knowledge of interior finishes, modular furniture, and market rates is essential

Language Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in
    English
    ,
    Hindi
    , and
    Malayalam
  • Knowledge of
    any other South Indian language
    (Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu) is an added advantage

Preferred Traits:

  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects
  • Site coordination and billing experience is a plus
  • Team player with good communication and negotiation skills
