Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
E-Commerce Manager
for a
full-time, on-site role in Ireland
.

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's online sales operations, driving digital growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless execution of e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective
    e-commerce strategies
    to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of online platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
  • Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media) to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and ROI analysis for management review.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce
    (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an
    E-Commerce Manager
    or in a similar digital sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of
    online marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms
    (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
