The Insurance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on end-to-end as well as modular core operational solutions and digital transformation for international insurance companies. Our main service portfolio covers system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP/SAP Fioneers insurance applications, including SAP Policy Management, SAP Product and Quotation Management, msg Product Manager, SAP Claims Management, SAP Incentives and Commission Management, SAP Commission, and SAP Collections and Disbursements. In addition, we also provide consulting, implementation, and integration services for Factory (a leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe) for international insurance customers. On top of that, our team is also advanced in the newest SAP Technology in the Business Technology Platform area, so we provide development services for BTP.

As one of the largest insurance teams in the world, we employ SAP frontend/backend developers, S4i consultants, SAP integration consultants, SAP BTP consultants, and insurance industry experts.

• Design, develop, and deliver robust ABAP solutions, with a strong focus on CDS views and the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) model.
• Develop and extend Fiori applications to meet evolving business needs and enhance user experience.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring solutions align with best practices and client specifications.
• Perform comprehensive unit testing and support integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and other team members throughout the project lifecycle for successful implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide expert debugging support for complex ABAP, CDS, or Fiori-related issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing, potentially mentoring junior developers on new SAP technologies.

• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• You have strong presentation skills.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.

Must have skills/experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in S/4 HANA ABAP
• Fiori RAP Framework
• ODATA Rest APIs
• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.

Good to have skills/experience:

• Experience in ABAP Reporting including classical, ALV Reports
• Designing and developing data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps, and in formatting the output of SAP documents with multiple options
• Modification/Creating new Adobe Forms
• Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Reports)
• Hands-on experience on ABAP Web Dynpro and workflow
• Knowledge on UI5, CDS views.
• Experience in SAP for insurance modules will be an added advantage.
