Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos — that align with Alacritys' brand tone and objectives.
  • Schedule, publish, and circulate content consistently across all platforms and relevant communities.
  • Monitor performance and analytics to track engagement, reach, and growth; recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for integrated digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Ability to craft catchy captions, plan creative campaigns, and understand visual aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics, or Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and awareness of digital trends.
  • Freshers with exceptional creativity are welcome to apply — shortlisted candidates will be given a short assignment to demonstrate their skills before final selection.

Compensation:
