Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive based in Idukki. The primary responsibilities include managing receptionist duties such as welcoming and assisting guests, handling queries and reservations, and managing front desk operations. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service, liaising with various departments, and maintaining seamless communication to enhance guest satisfaction. You will play a key part in creating a positive and professional experience for all visitors and guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication to provide outstanding guest experiences
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and general Front Office operations
- Customer Service skills to address guest needs and provide suitable solutions
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a welcoming demeanor at all times
- Basic computer and administrative skills are beneficial
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities are preferred
