Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Airline Sales, based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and managing airline sales strategies, cultivating relationships with airline partners, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, report on airline performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role involves handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Airline Sales, Travel Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the travel or aviation industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
