We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver scalable and efficient warehouse operations integrated with core supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users to gather requirements, map processes, and design SAP EWM solutions (embedded or decentralized).

  • Configure and implement core SAP EWM functionalities including:

  • Inbound and outbound processing

  • Warehouse structure and master data
  • RF framework
  • Slotting & rearrangement
  • Physical inventory
  • Labor management

  • Warehouse monitoring and analytics

  • Integrate EWM with SAP modules such as MM, SD, TM, and QM.

  • Lead or support cutover activities, master data migration, and warehouse testing (including RF testing).
  • Provide end-user training, support, and hypercare post go-live.
  • Collaborate with ABAP/development teams for custom enhancements (e.g., PPF actions, enhancements to warehouse tasks).
  • Participate in S/4HANA transformation or greenfield implementation projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM implementation or support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP EWM business processes (inbound/outbound, storage control, task management).
  • Experience with RF Framework and Mobile Data Entry in SAP EWM.
  • Familiar with warehouse layout design (storage types, bins, sections, and activity areas).
  • Experience integrating with other SAP modules: MM, SD, QM, and TM.
  • Knowledge of decentralized EWM and/or EWM embedded in S/4HANA.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with S/4HANA EWM (embedded version).
  • SAP Certification in EWM is a plus.
  • Experience in Automated Warehouse Systems (ASRS), Material Flow Systems (MFS), or voice-picking integration.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or 3PL industries preferred.
