Job Title: Executives Accounts

Reports To: CFO

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join

our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in core

accounting functions, GST filing, tax return preparation, and handling import-export

transactions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage

complex accounting tasks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide

valuable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Accounting:

o Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including accounts

payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

o Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial

documents.

o Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

and reports.

o Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records.

2. GST Filing:

o Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with relevant regulations.

o Maintain and update records of GST-related transactions.

o Liaise with tax authorities to address any GST-related inquiries or

issues.

o Stay updated on GST laws and regulations to ensure accurate and

timely filings.

3. Tax Return Preparation:

o Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with all

tax regulations.

o Assist in tax planning and strategy to optimize tax liabilities.

o Maintain thorough documentation for tax-related matters and support

tax audits.

o Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and their impact on the

company.

4. Import-Export Transactions:

o Manage and record import and export transactions, ensuring

compliance with relevant regulations.

o Handle customs documentation, duties, and tariffs for international

shipments.

o Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure accurate

financial recording of import-export activities.

o Prepare and review reports related to international trade and

transactions.

1. Compliance and Internal Controls:
   
   o Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and
   
   regulatory requirements.
   
   o Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
   
   and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
   
   o Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary
   
   documentation and explanations.
   
   Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-3 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding

of core accounting principles.

Proven experience in GST filing, tax return preparation, and import-export

transactions.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft

Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle

multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work

effectively with various stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be

required.

Office-based with potential for hybrid work arrangements, depending on

company policy.
