Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python) – 3+ Years Experience

Location: Remote/ Onsite Both available

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3 years+

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the MERN Stack and Python. You'll be working on end-to-end development, improving system performance, building scalable features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, React,
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and automation scripts in Python
  • Write clean, optimized, secure, and reusable code
  • Work on deployment, integrations, and version control
  • Diagnose bugs and performance issues, and push fixes fast
  • Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in MERN Stack
  • Solid experience with Python (Flask/Django preferred)
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Good to Have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of TypeScript
  • Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (bonus, not mandatory)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
