About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of driving Agile transformation and delivering high-value technology solutions in the FinTech domain.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Agile frameworks, a servant-leader for cross-functional teams, and a strategic partner for product and business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in facilitating digital product delivery, scaling Agile practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple squads in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader and coach for 2-3 Agile squads within the FinTech domain.

Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure clear product vision, backlog refinement, and prioritization.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning for SAFe if applicable).

Remove impediments to delivery, working with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams.

Drive adoption of Agile at Scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model) across the fintech portfolio.

Ensure teams adhere to regulatory, compliance, and security standards critical to the financial industry.

Use data-driven metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect leakage) to optimize delivery performance.

Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence.

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Align delivery outcomes with business priorities in payments, digital banking, lending, trading, or wealth management.

Skills & Qualifications

6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in complex, regulated industries (FinTech, Banking, Payments, Insurance, Trading Platforms, etc.).

Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).

Proven ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital financial products.

Excellent stakeholder management, with experience partnering with product, compliance, and technology leadership.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks (e.g., PCI- DSS, PSD2, SOX, KYC/AML).

Skilled in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).

Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using Agile metrics for decision-making.

Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, CSP-SM.
