Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
Telecaller / Student Counsellor
to join our
Admissions Department
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling admission inquiries, follow-up communication, and converting leads through effective counselling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses and admission procedures.
• Counsel students regarding academic programs, eligibility, career outcomes, and campus facilities.
• Maintain and update the admission database and call records.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure successful conversions.
• Coordinate with the admissions team and support during admission-related events.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide on-spot counselling.
• Assist in documentation, application form processing, and enrollment procedures.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Education sector experience is preferred).
• Excellent communication & convincing skills (English, Hindi, Odia preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving ability.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
