Establish benchmark and update the working methods for minituber production.

Establish and drive quality assurance system in minituber production.

Provide after sales service to minituber customers.

Develop a team for sustainable operations for minituber production.

Managing tissue culture lab with all quality standards after a year's guidance.

Keeping facility NCSTCP approved all time

Production of Export quality minitubers with export protocol.

Identiifcation of training for team and ensuring results implementation.

Establish connections with national and international scientific community.

Develop a strategical roadmap for facility to leap the next curve.

Co-Ordination with other department in company.

Manging all compliances (legale/financial) in facility.

Develop R&D protocol for the increased productivity.

Ability to handle multilocation production facilities.
