Role & responsibilities
- To ensure that daily workers attendance is downloaded and submitted to time office.
 - To ensure that workers salary, expenses and full final settlement records are maintained.
 - To maintain all manpower contractors record
 - To maintain Factory Act Returns record
 - To ensure that Housekeeping is done and records are maintained.
 - To ensure that leave record of all workers is maintained.
 - To ensure that personnel hygiene is maintained by all employees and records of verification are maintained.
 - To ensure that all statutory compliances related to Factory Act & Contract Labour are fulfilled and maintained.
 - To ensure that all files and records of administration section are maintained
 To ensure timely reimbursement of Mobile Bills.
To ensure that vehicle fuel records are checked and maintained.
- To ensure that front office activities are handled smoothly.
 - To ensure that all incoming and outgoing DAKs are handled promptly.
 - To monitor in-out movement of all employees.
 - To ensure that all CCTV cameras are working properly, recording is done and monitored.
