Reports to: Office Manager / HR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting various departments with clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle office filing systems, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR and Accounts with basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), TALLY SOFTWARE and email handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
