About Us
We are a growing software company providing billing and POS solutions to small and medium businesses. We are looking for a motivated executive who can handle telecalling, online demos, software installation, and first-level support from our Tiruvarur office.
Key Responsibilities
Make 50–70 outbound calls/day to local business owners to explain our software and generate leads.
Schedule and conduct online demos (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp) for prospective clients.
Assist clients with online software installation and license activation.
Provide first-level support for basic software issues and usage questions.
Maintain CRM/Excel records of leads, demos, installations, and support requests.
Achieve monthly sales targets (incentivized via commission).
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th pass, preferably with computer knowledge.
Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of computers & ability to handle software installation online.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Willing to learn and follow demo scripts & support manuals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹25,684.17 per month
