We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer (Freelancer) based in Delhi NCR with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and managing WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theme/plugin development.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, maintaining existing websites, ensuring high performance, and delivering projects within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites.
  • Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and tools when necessary.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the internal design and content teams for project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with website migration, optimization, and security hardening.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant WordPress certifications will be an added advantage.
