We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior QA Automation Engineer
with deep expertise in
Robot Framework
and
Python
to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality across platforms by building robust automation suites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development

  • Design and implement automated test scripts using
    Robot Framework
    and
    Python
    for UI, API, and backend testing.
  • Develop reusable libraries, custom keywords, and utilities to enhance framework capabilities.
  • Maintain and optimize test suites for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Framework Enhancement

  • Contribute to the evolution of the automation framework architecture.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
  • Ensure compatibility with cloud-based and containerized environments.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with QA leads, developers, and DevOps teams to align automation with development workflows.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defect triage sessions.
  • Support test data management and environment setup for automated test execution.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Ensure traceability between test cases, requirements, and defects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with strong hands-on experience in
    Robot Framework
    and
    Python
    .
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and SDLC.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), version control (Git), and test management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API testing and service virtualization.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) is a plus.
