Role Overview: As a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to onboarding and training. You will reach out to potential candidates, conduct phone screenings to evaluate their qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating job advertisements and posting them on different platforms to attract top talent.
