Role Overview: As an ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing SAP applications using ABAP. You will analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve developing complex ALV reports, conversion programs, layout development using smart forms and Adobe forms, module pools programs, and integrating different modules using various techniques like RFC, BAPI, FTP, and AL11. Additionally, you will optimize performance of existing ABAP programs, conduct unit testing, support UAT independently, and provide production support for any SAP-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, including Reports (Classical, ALV), Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (SAP Script, SmartForms, Adobe Forms). - Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop complex ALV reports for MM, SD, and PP modules. - Work on conversion programs using BAPIs and BDCs. - Develop layout using smart forms and Adobe forms. - Work on module pools programs with tab strips, table control, and multiple screens. - Enhance development using user exits, BTEs, implicit and explicit enhancements. - Integrate systems using RFC, BAPI, FTP, and AL11. - Optimize performance of ABAP programs and ensure code quality using ATC and SAP best practices. - Conduct unit testing and support UAT independently. - Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for any SAP-related issues.
