Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Engineer shall aim to maximize profits through the implementation strategies throughout the international market.
  • Analyzing and investigating customer requirements, demand, and competition.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Marketing activities like providing presentation and technical know-how to the probable end users.
  • Follow-up inquiries & monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the business cycle.
  • Fieldwork and should work on Targets.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Review and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Travel to international markets to attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Manage sales and customer service activities.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database.
