JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in search engine optimization. The candidate will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, managing on-page and off-page optimization, conducting keyword research, monitoring performance, and driving organic traffic to improve website rankings across major search engines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, site structure, schema, etc.).
  • Plan and execute effective off-page SEO strategies including link building, outreach, and guest posting.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to fix issues (site speed, crawl errors, indexing, mobile optimization).
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns.
  • Prepare SEO reports and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and organic visibility.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Good knowledge of local SEO and mobile SEO strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
