Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager at Finova Capital located in Fatehpur. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing suitable loan solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring timely loan repayments, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial industry
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and analyze financial information
- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in local language and knowledge of the local market
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
