As a
Senior Reporting Analyst
, you will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. This role involves independently managing reporting activities for a division or business unit and collaborating with key business leaders to understand their requirements and provide actionable insights.

You'll be part of a highly collaborative and driven Reporting & Analytics Finance team supporting Koch's global operations. What You Will Do

• Develop and deliver financial reports and analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis (Standard vs Actual) and identify financial trends and anomalies.
• Prepare insightful commentaries and conduct income statement analysis to explain business performance.
• Collaborate with business finance leads to identify and drive operational and financial improvements.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide data structure understanding and functional support for business analytics.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of financial reporting and analysis.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or MBA in Finance.
• 8–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong experience in financial analysis including variance analysis, profitability, working capital, and ratio analysis.
• Proficient in SAP FI, SAP BW, and financial consolidation tools (e.g., BPC, SAP, OneStream).
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for developing and maintaining dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, results orientation, and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
