What you will be doing ?

As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Client based projects, client liaison and cross-functional development will fall within the ambit of your responsibilities.

What you bring ?

• Strong working knowledge of Developing, Designing and implementing large scale enterprise applications.
• Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
• Knowledge of Agile process.
• Provide technical leadership to team members.

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Hands on technical experience in Mainframe skills - COBOL, VSAM,JCL,DB2,CICS.
• Development & troubleshooting experience of Shell Scripts on Linux platform.
• Good knowledge of CA7/TWS scheduler.
• ·Experience with Omni systems for transaction processing.
• Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall SDLC models.
• Sound debugging skills.
• Sound analytical & communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters degree
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes and technologies quickly
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically as related to defined contribution and define benefits administration

• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation
