About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Manager Recruitment who has successfully managed high-volume hiring (150+ positions annually) at a corporate level, with a strong focus on manufacturing and non-IT roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, drives strategic hiring, and leads a team to deliver results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, operations, and non-IT positions across multiple business units.
  • Manage large-scale hiring mandates (150+ positions annually) while maintaining quality and speed of delivery.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Review and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to forecast and plan workforce requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • 10 to 11 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven record in manufacturing and non-IT hiring.
  • Strong experience handling large-scale recruitment at the corporate level.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Expertise in modern sourcing tools and diverse interviewing techniques.
