Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking
- Organize events, workshops, and executive-level meetings
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with Singapore business culture is preferred
