Job Title: Business Analyst (SaaS Products and Projects)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and supporting the development of SaaS products and projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of SaaS solutions, and a proven ability to conduct comprehensive requirement gathering and web research.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and users) to elicit and document business requirements for SaaS products and projects.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications based on gathered information.

Business Process Analysis:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
• Map out current and future state workflows and processes.

SaaS Product Support:

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define and refine product features, functionalities, and user experiences for SaaS platforms.
• Assist in the management of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through delivery and iteration.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to ensure the product meets market and customer needs.

Data & Web Research:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product development and business decision-making.
• Perform web searches and analysis to gather information on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on web research to drive product enhancements and innovations.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, project plans, and functional specifications.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders, including senior management.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of all business analysis activities.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Communicate requirements, project updates, and feedback effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SaaS products and projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in web searches, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SaaS product development and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics tools.
• Experience working with web and mobile applications.
