Job Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist them with food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure they are promptly communicated to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure timely delivery to the correct tables.
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, glasses, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
  • Maintain the dining area's cleanliness and organization throughout service.
  • Accurately process customer payments, including cash, card, and digital transactions.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow all uniform and grooming guidelines.
  • (If required) Provide wine and beverage recommendations, with basic knowledge of wines, cocktails, and other drinks.
