Description : Were Hiring Salesforce Developer (LWC).

Location : Remote (India).


Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.

- Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as SAP HANA, Amazon S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and conduct code reviews for performance and scalability.

- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, and Functional Analysts in Agile teams.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Salesforce DevOps practices.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

years of Salesforce development experience (minimum 2 years in a senior/lead role).

- Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable), LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.

- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/Billing (preferred).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, Middleware, etc.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools Git, Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, or equivalent.

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

- Strong skills in SOQL/SOSL optimization and managing governor limits.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Good to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce Shield, Data Cloud, Einstein/AI capabilities.

- Domain knowledge in Waste Management, Utilities, or Environmental Services.

- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD automation.

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks for advanced LWC development.
