TMS Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated TMS Operator to join our 4PL Control Tower team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day transportation activities through our Transport Management System, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and seamless coordination with logistics service providers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Transport Management System (TMS) for daily shipments.
• Execute transportation bookings, track & trace shipments, and update status in real-time.
• Ensure accurate entry of freight orders, carrier details, and routes.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customer teams to resolve issues.
• Generate reports and dashboards on KPIs such as OTIF, delays, and cost performance.
• Support freight bill validation and digital documentation through TMS.

Requirements

• Graduate with 13 years' experience in transport/logistics operations.
• Hands-on exposure to TMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle, BluJay, MercuryGate, etc.) preferred.
• Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
• Understanding of basic transport KPIs (OTIF, transit time, cost per shipment).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication skills for working with carriers and customers.
