About the teamProduct Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals for the most strategically important products in Stripes portfolio. Stripe is investing in building out its Radar Product Sales team and as an Account Executive you will be a critical part of the team driving the growth of this product.
What youll doAs an Account Executive, Product focusing on Stripe Radar, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive product market fit & growth of Stripes fraud fighting products and solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive strategic deals. You will be instrumental in leading in-depth product discussions with existing and prospect users globally and building and executing against our go-to-market strategy.
You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CEOs, CTOs, and Chief Risk Officers. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding. Youre as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders (including executives). Youre excited to become an expert and to share your knowledge. Youre an organized self-starter, an excellent communicator who is highly analytical and has a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.
Responsibilities- Drive new business and revenue growth by selling Radar to a variety of businesses
- Lead complex new and expansion deals related to Stripes Radar product offerings, capabilities, and tailored solutions
- Deeply understand the sales process and what competitors offer in terms of fraud fighting capabilities, with a strong emphasis on overcoming competition to win all deals
- Synthesize and relay customer feedback and findings to inform Stripes product roadmap
- Engage with Product, Marketing, and Account teams to help amplify our growth trajectory globally

Requirements- 10 years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance, working specifically on enterprise or strategic accounts
- Display a deep passion for fraud prevention and develop deep expertise
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners internally and externally
- The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
- Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
- 5 years of experience specifically selling fraud solutions for payments to enterprise customers
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50 PERCENT of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team, and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80 PERCENT in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, and Bengaluru, India work 100 PERCENT from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other while supporting flexibility when possible.
Pay and benefitsThe annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$353,300 - S$529,900. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the roles On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidates experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicants location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
