Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product, Strategy, and Delivery teams to understand their strategic objectives and goals, technology needs, and emerging trend
• Set the strategic direction for future enterprise and customer-enabled architecture & technology
• Collaborate to brainstorm, architect, develop and bring to market new products out of the Provider Tech Services
• Work cross-functionally between the Product and Capability Delivery Teams to negotiate the best strategy to develop products.
• Support Delivery Teams by providing architectural guidance and support for both capital funded Foundational Initiatives and client-driven projects
• Applies technical expertise to bring together ideas, business strategy, system capabilities and customer to establish direction that is aligned with the enterprise strategy
• Ensure stakeholder ambitions and proper communication with client executives
• Coordination with client Enterprise Architects and Vendor architects
• Creating POVs and POCs and ensuring execution with delivery teams
• Apply technical expertise and leadership to guide teams in design decisions
• Champion innovation and modernization
• Discovers the art of possible
• Designs, builds, tests and adapts solutions that optimize environment and meet evolving needs of customers and business, leveraging and anticipating modern technologies, e.g., AI and Cloud to support the transition to full stack proficiency
• Consider security, scalability, reliability & feasibility in solution design
• Demonstrates awareness of importance of security, performance, scalability, reliability and feasibility in solution design
• Seeks out and applies the standards, concepts & functionality of all technology /systems within domain including the relationship and interdependencies between technologies
• Possess breadth of knowledge spanning all bodies of technologies, e.g., databases, middleware, OS, and public cloud capabilities.
• Consider interdependencies of various technologies in analyses and solutions
• Research industry trends and impact on function/business
• Understand business objectives and how technology can optimize and enable solutions
• Apply understanding of "As Is" and "To Be" processes to develop solution
• Be able to bridge the communication gaps between technical and non-technical specialists

• Drives discussion for the identification/prioritization of solution through analysis and brainstorming

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in professional IT/Software Engineering or Architecture field with a solid understanding both technical and business strategy
• 3+ years of experience in AWS or AZURE or GCP or any other cloud platform with focus on developing end to end architecture
• 3+ years of experience architecting and designing in or around public or private cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• TOGAF
• Cloud Architect (Azure or AWS)
• AI-Dojo Certified
• Experience of aligning business strategic goals and tactical requirements to technology decisions and solutions
• Experience architecting and designing in or around traditional datacenter environments
• Healthcare IT experience with Solutions Architect Certification in AWS or AZURE or GCP or any other Cloud Platform
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns, design patterns and hands-on knowledge in applying these concepts to practical problems
• Proficient understanding of Infrastructure and Data strategy creation
