About the Role

We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineers across multiple functions to support our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, good academic performance, and hands-on experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

These roles require strong analytical ability, execution capability, and commitment to quality and timelines.

The final job designation will be determined based on the candidates interview performance and academic grades.

1. QA/QC Engineer – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) systems at site.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Conduct tests on concrete, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to close NCRs and ensure compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to IS codes, specifications, and construction standards.
• Verify execution work with approved drawings and BOQs.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with good academic records.
• 2–6 years of QA/QC experience (real estate/high-rise preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, material testing & QC procedures.

2. Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimation.
• Track material consumption and compare with budgeted quantities.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents.
• Handle contractor billing verification and certification.
• Evaluate variations and prepare claims documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams and procurement for cost optimization.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (good grades preferred).
• 3–6 years experience in QS, estimation, and billing.
• Strong knowledge of rate analysis, AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity take-offs.

3. Site Engineer – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is as per drawings.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of structural and finishing works.
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and update planning teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and work discipline at site.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with good academic records.
• 2–5 years of site execution experience (residential projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of structural & finishing activities.

4. Planning Engineer – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
• Track progress vs. baseline and identify delays.
• Coordinate with site, QS, billing, and procurement teams for resource planning.
• Generate weekly and monthly planning reports.
• Assist management in project forecasting and MIS.

Requirements

• B.Tech Civil with strong GPA (mandatory).
• 3–6 years of planning experience in real estate/high-rise projects.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.

5. Billing Engineer – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify subcontractor & vendor bills.
• Cross-check quantities, measurements, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with QS & site teams for timely billing and certification.
• Maintain billing records, RA bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Support project budgeting and cost control activities.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma Civil with good grades.
• 3–8 years of billing experience in construction/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of measurements, BOQs, Excel & rate analysis.

General Skills Required (Applicable for All Roles)

• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel; planning tools preferred. Autocad an additional though not must.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in high-rise residential projects is highly preferred
• Good academic grades (mandatory criteria)
