About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit through initial screening.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
