Job Summary:

The Student Counselor plays a key role in guiding students throughout their academic journey — from admission inquiries to ongoing support. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing detailed course information, assisting with the admission process, and addressing any student-related queries or concerns.

key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Guide students through the admission process and course selection.
  • Call and follow up with leads received from marketing and social media platforms.
  • Maintain student records and update admission status in internal systems.
  • Support students in resolving course-related or technical issues.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Academics, IT, and Operations for smooth student support.
  • Assist in collecting required documents, payments, and verification details.
  • Provide post-admission assistance and ensure student satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly admission and follow-up targets.
  • Participate in orientation sessions and promotional campaigns when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹17,500.00 per month
