Job Description: Customer Service – Back Office (Chat / Non-Voice Process)
Location: Ahmedabad
Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Back Office team. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions, and supporting both service and sales-related requests. Candidates must possess strong written communication skills with excellent command of English (C1 level).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, clear, and grammatically correct written responses.
- Assist with both service-related and sales-related requests.
- Maintain records, update customer information, and follow internal processes.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet process goals and quality standards.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent written English communication (C1 level).
- Zero grammatical errors in written responses.
- Educational qualification:
- 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
