Once a bid is submitted, the Admin tracks the results, communicates with the government point of contact, and updates the branch with the award details. They also handle customer feedback, business retention tasks, and maintain comprehensive records for contracts, bid packets, and renew

•Handle any customer requests for additional information or documents during the contra

•Coordinate with branches to ensure contracts are set up correctly in the system and ensure compliance with service and price management gui
