Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive DMS Operator to manage and maintain the Dealership Management System (DMS). The role involves handling data entry, system updates, report generation, and ensuring smooth flow of information across sales, service, and accounts departments. The DMS Operator will play a key role in supporting dealership operations and ensuring accuracy in records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in the DMS for sales, service, spare parts, and accounts.
  • Update customer records, vehicle details, job cards, and invoices in the system.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
  • Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Service, Accounts) for smooth operations through DMS.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Support the management team in extracting and analyzing DMS data for business insights.
  • Troubleshoot minor DMS-related issues and coordinate with IT/vendor for resolution.
  • Maintain proper filing and digital records in line with organizational policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., AutoDMS, Reynolds, Fusion, etc.)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
